Patients can enter our practice through 3 ways.
Smile Enhancement/Invisalign: Patients seeking a smile enhancement, functional esthetic rehabilitation, or Invisalign will usually come in for a consult first to discuss your goals and desires. (The cost for this is $300 but will be credited back to you at the next visit should you choose to seek treatment with our practice). We will spend an hour discussing your values, wants, and needs to determine if and how we can help you achieve your goals. If the relationship is a good fit, we can then schedule you to return for Comprehensive exam, X-rays, photos, and records to begin treatment.
TMJ patient: IF you are seeking TMJ treatment, and would like to become a patient in our practice, your first appointment will include a consult and limited exam to determine if our TMJ treatment philosophy is a good fit for you and can help you in achieving your desired goals. This is an hour long consult for $300. Should you choose to move forward with the next step, a CBCT scan of the head, neck and jaw joints will be required for diagnosing and treatment planning. The fee for the CBCT scan is $675 and will include a radiology report, read by a board-certified radiologist. After reviewing all the information from the scan and consult, if we feel like we can help you achieve your desired goal, we will then accept you as a TMJ patient into our practice. The next visit will be a comprehensive exam, digital bite scans, and photos, used to create an individualized ideal treatment plan for you. Please note, We have very limited spaces for new TMJ patients and will only accept a certain number of patients each year as we finish other patient’s cases. As a result, we do often times have a waiting list for new TMJ patients.
General Dentistry Patient: If you simply desire to become a new patient and your needs are more general in nature, we would love to have you. Typically, new general dentistry patients start with our practice by coming in for a Detailed Comprehensive Exam, X-rays, photos, and sometimes a dental cleaning if time permits. We then will bring patients back for a comprehensive review of findings and treatment plan if needed.
